Our Training Process
All the employees at Waniya Security Services are trained as per their job description immediately after joining. The training emphasizes on the basic principle of continuous development of competencies.
Security personnel are trained in courses as per requirement and standards for SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency) or PSCOD (Private Security Companies Organization Department) for respective security licenses.
Security Industry Regulatory Agency (http://www.dps.ae) a sub-department of Dubai Police General Head Quarters is established and specializes in regulation and supervision of security industry in Dubai. The department has recognized and accredited training centers in Dubai for all the training courses to be licensed by Dubai Police Academy.
National Security Institute (http://www.nsi.ae) who has the responsibility of creating and imparting professional security training to be further licensed by Private Security Companies Organization Department (http://www.psbd.ae), Ministry of Interior which governs security industry in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Umm al Quwain, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.
- All other employees are trained as per their job requirements at our in-house training facility fully equipped with the latest gadgets and trained personnel.
- A periodic refresher training system is subsequently followed as per the requirement of concerned authorities.
